Paid Ads

The auction in your market
is running right now.

Someone in your city is typing your service into Google as you read this. That click is going to whoever set their account up best. We build the account that wins it, and we measure the whole thing in booked jobs.

Where the money goes

Most accounts leak in the same three places.

We audit before we touch anything. In almost every account we open, the same spend is paying for searches that were never going to book.

Leak 01 · Broad match

~82%

Google shows your "board and train" ad to someone searching for a training collar. You pay the same either way.

Leak 02 · Zero negatives

~68%

"Free", "DIY", "jobs", "certification", competitor names. Not blocked, all billed.

Leak 03 · Geo shotgun

~55%

A 50 mile radius feels aggressive. It is expensive. Local converts several times better.

Percentages reflect the waste patterns we see in accounts we audit, not a promise about yours.

How we run it

Most agencies run a dashboard. We run a register.

Clicks and impressions do not pay your lease. Booked jobs do, so that is what every decision gets measured against.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on what a job is worth to you and how competitive your city is. On the call we work backwards from the number of jobs you want, the average ticket and what clicks cost in your market, then give you a budget that can actually produce it. We will tell you if the number you have in mind is too low to work.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We build in your account, with your billing and your data. If we ever part ways, the account, the history and the tracking stay with you.
How fast do leads start?
Ads can serve within a day of launch. The honest answer on results is that the first two to three weeks are data collection, and the account gets sharper every week after that as search terms come in and negatives go out.
Do you lock me into a contract?
There is an initial period so the account has time to get past the learning phase, then it is month to month. You stay because the phone rings, not because of paperwork.
What if I am already running ads?
Better. We audit what is there first, keep what is working, and you get to see exactly where the current budget is leaking before you change anything.
