About RYZN
Small roster.
Big output.
We take on a limited number of local service businesses, and the strategist you meet is the one who runs your account. Everything we build gets measured against one question: did it put a paying customer on your calendar?
What you will not get
- ✕An onboarding handoff to someone junior
- ✕A dashboard screenshot instead of an answer
- ✕A twelve month contract to keep you in
- ✕An agency-owned ad account you cannot take with you
Who we are
Built by people who have run the accounts, not sold the retainer.
RYZN came out of years inside agency accounts for local service businesses, watching the same thing happen over and over: a business signs up, the account gets handed to someone junior, and six months later there is a dashboard full of clicks and a calendar that looks the same as it did before.
We built RYZN to work the other way around. A small number of clients. A senior strategist who stays on the account. And one number that matters, which is how many paying customers ended up on your calendar this month.
Across the team's work in dog training, automotive and home service accounts.
Meet the founders
The people who run your account.
Not a sales team that hands you off after signing. The person you meet is the person in your campaigns every week.
Devin
Founder
Devin came up in the automotive world, working in and around the kind of shops RYZN markets for today. He moved into sales at a digital marketing agency and helped take its roster from roughly 30 accounts to more than 150, which is where the systems behind RYZN come from.
He runs accounts himself rather than handing them down, and he will tell you when advertising is not the thing holding your business back.
How we work
Five rules we do not bend.
We cap the roster
A limited number of businesses per market and per trade. It keeps us from bidding two clients against each other, and it keeps your account from becoming a ticket in a queue.
The person you meet runs the account
No handoff after signing. The strategist on your first call is the one in your campaigns every week.
We only work in three industries
Dog training, automotive and home services. We already know the searches, the seasons and the objections, so you are not paying us to learn your business.
Booked jobs are the metric
Impressions, clicks and engagement are diagnostics, not results. Every report answers whether the phone rang and whether it turned into work.
You own all of it
Ad accounts, CRM data, website, tracking, creative. If you leave, it leaves with you. Nothing is held hostage.
We say no
If ads will not work for your budget or your market yet, we will tell you what to fix first rather than take the retainer.
What working together looks like
The first ninety days.
Week one: audit
We go through your market, your competitors, your current spend and whatever is already running. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.
Weeks two and three: build
Campaigns, pages, tracking and the CRM get built together, so nothing launches into a system that cannot catch the lead.
Weeks four to six: tighten
Real search terms come in, negatives go out, budgets shift to what books. This is the part most accounts never get.
Month three on: scale
Once the cost per booked job is stable and predictable, we push more budget through what works and add the next channel.
Who we build for
Three industries. One growth engine.
Dog training
Board and train programs, behaviour work, puppy classes and K9 academies filling their calendar with owners who are ready now.
